Guided by regional forager Ethan Belvins, you’ll explore the trails, learn to identify edible treasures, and taste the unique gifts of the season. As you wander through the beautiful landscapes, Ethan will share his wealth of knowledge, helping you to appreciate the delicate balance of nature and the importance of sustainable foraging practices.
